Commercial Property Management Updates

Green Meadows Commerce Center: Paving will resume today, weather permitting. We have also been working on various housekeeping items such as cleaning up behind the units, painting, fixing dumpsters and helping overall cleanliness of the area. You will notice our fountain is back up and working as well!

Millennium Office Park: Power washing has been completed for the entire site. We hope you will find that it brightened up the buildings.

Sinclair Road Office Center: Power washing has been completed for the entire site. We hope you will find that it brightened up the buildings. We have also sealed the sidewalks and are actively working on the landscaping at the site.

Taylor Station Commerce Center: We are working hard on cleaning up around the sign areas and removing debris from the fence line. We will also be seeding the balding areas in the grass.

470 Olde Worthington: Power washing is scheduled to be completed on September 30th.

Golf Village: We are scheduling dumpster maintenance repair as well as overhang roof repair.
