DRK Ranked Among the Best by Columbus Business First

The rankings highlight DRK’s growth in the marketplace as well as its growth as a company. Since last year’s rankings, DRK has increased the amount of property it leases and manages by more than 30 percent.

In the 2016 rankings, DRK came in 16^th in the brokerage category, but was able to move up to 8^th due to the increasing the number of agents they have available to clients and the efficiency with which the team executes leasing assignments thanks to their extensive knowledge of the central Ohio real estate market.

“We’ve worked extremely hard over the past year to provide our clients the best service possible,” said Aimee D’Amore, Director of Commercial Real Estate. “These rankings are a reflection of our dedication to accomplish that mission and our effectiveness in leasing and managing our clients’ assets.”

One major highlight for DRK is that both these rankings are the highest among any real estate company that works exclusively in central Ohio. While many other companies conduct work outside the area, DRK is focused on enhancing real estate services in the greater Columbus area.

Columbus Business First generated its rankings by surveying area businesses. The publication then ranked the businesses based on information provided by the respondents.
