W-Old-Wilson-Bridge-Rd-Worthington-OHOn Friday, September 16th, DRK put together a special event for our tenants at Millennium Park. The event – hosted by our real estate team members Amie, Noah and Emilyann – included games, raffles, delicious lunch courtesy of Schmidt's Food Truck and plenty of fun, plus pop-up stations each tenant could network and promote their brand.

The party kicked off at 11:00 AM with a series of prize-winning opportunities, including a corn-hole tournament with a 65-inch TV as the grand prize. The winner was Austin Griffin of Griffin Lantz Insurance Agency.

Anyone who came to the party with their company business card was eligible to win a new Apple iPad, and InfoVision21 Inc’s Kumar Vemuri emerged as the victor. "I was thinking about replacing my old one,” says Kumar. “My daughter was always lucky in winning gift raffles at school… but this is the first time for me. I should go buy lottery tickets today.”

An RSVP to the party’s email invite automatically entered each Millennium Park tenant into a raffle for a $100 gift card. Beacon Counseling Center took home the prize.

"The block party was a great event,” said attendee Alison McArthur. “Having been a resident here for many years, it gave me a way to meet many of my neighbors. Thank you for the work it took to put this together." Judy Sawicki "loved the opportunity to meet the DRK staff and chat with some of the other tenants.” “It is nice to make connections and learn about other businesses,” she added. “[It] makes it feel like a community. Thanks to DRK for creating the occasion to network."

“We have been in the Millennium Park [for] 25 years,” adds lucky iPad winner Kumar. “The young management team [is] energetic and it is refreshing to see the festive atmosphere here.”

Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the festivities at Millennium Park. Your partnership is greatly appreciated by all of us here at DRK.
